Correct, the pullover should not involve any flexion at the elbow, although they remain bent slightly throughout the movement.

I think that form in the erxx vid is pretty bad also. Technically, like with some other lifts, you should ONLY be flexing at the joint of which the targeted muscle inserts. Why not just do them standing?
