A pound is the same any way you cut it.
A pund of muscle is the same as a pound of fat. They are both 1 pound. Much like a pound of feathers and a pound of bricks. They are both 1 pound. Although the muscle, like the bricks being compared to feathers, is more dense then fat.

You are the one that asked which weighs more a lb of fat or a lb of muscle. I just made the point that a lb is lb no matter what it is. You never said by volume what weights more. Muscle is more dense.

Oh, the top of the thread says What is heavier? Muscle or fat? and then your first posts says "what weighs more". All i did was answer your first post. To tell you the truth I didn't even notice the part that says what is heavier. Sorry I am nothing but a stupid fucking moron who can't read properly. If you'd like I can come over and you can kick me in the nuts to or maybe you can take a blade and cut my head up for making a mistake.
