I've read that you should take twice the amount of grams of carbs as you take for grams of protein to really bulk up. Im 6 foot 155. What would be the best source of carbs? right now im eating like 12 slices of bread with peanut butter to match up. The peanut butter has 140 calories of Fat that your body needs. Also is it true that glutamine cancels out creatine ethyl ester. If so how far apart should i take the two?
