I've learned to stop worrying about things like that because I have become obsessed in the past. I can't live my life in panic mode. Its not worth it.

There are approximately 87 micrograms of mercury in one can of tuna, Hightower said, and the safe limit is only 42 micrograms per week. "Essentially, you shouldn't have more than half a can of tuna per week," she noted. Such mercury levels can double a person's heart attack risk. "With cardiac disease being a leading killer among Americans, it's something to consider," she added.

I hate tuna because of the sodium. It's a pain in the ass rinsing it over and over again to get rid of the salt. Chicken breast is actually cheaper for me to use and tastes better. The only canned fish I eat is salmon, but I buy the no-sodium kind when I'm feeling richer than usual.
Peace.

Hope you don't listen to your Aunt when your wife or someone you know is pregnant, cause the Mercury in the Tuna can harm the child, and Praying over the Tuna isn't going to help then.

Everytime I turn around, there some ingredient in food
that poses a danger to you, next thing scientist will be informing
us of is that the air we breath will kill you if you take more than
X amount of breaths per day...
Like my Aunt told me,
pray over your food and just eat

What does not kill you
makes you stronger.
