I was born with big calfs so my training advise sucks on them...since I dont know what dosent work..16 1/2 at 14 years old with 0 training...up to 18 1/2 just from squats and SLDL and still 0 direct work by 18 or 19 years old....now at 17 3/4 at 38, but I feel like and look like 58.
