i used to just shrug and say that I run a lot. the people asking dont mean anything by their comment for the most part so i just laugh. Everyone assumes that after 4 weeks, you look like Arnold Schwarzeneggar.

Oh man what about the ab machine commercials which also flows into the gym. Perform these ab excercises with "my" machine and you will look like this supermodel demonstrating my machine to your right!!! All the misconceptions that ab training with this machine or that machine or as far as the gym goes,,, doing this many sets of abs and you will have washboards in a few weeks. That is the biggest bunch of shit and lies that I've ever heard. I don't know how those money whores on the infomercials get away with these blatent lies. 5 minutes a day sheeit Don't I fuqing WISH!!! I'd like to jump in on one of those live commercials and just yell into the camera... Listen up you poor fat bastards out there!!! These assholes are lying to you BIG TIME and the only way to loose those inches is with excercise such as ab work but MOSTLY THROUGH DIET!!! PUT DOWN THE CANDYBAR, THE CREDIT CARD AND REMOTE CONTROL AND PICK UP A CELERY STICK!!!!

Hey G,, you just gave me a thought. I'll take a pic one day of my arsenal. You will literally shit your pants. I'm talking about over 300 weapons in all. I don't care if anyone sees this so I'll say it. Many are fully automatic and Military weaponry from around the world. I even have a 60mm that is mountable to a vehicle. If you saw the big stuff you would cream your pants bro. I've taken some of the big stuff over to Fort Dix and blasted holes in tanks. Don't let your mind go wandering it was legally done on one of the practice fields and the tank(s) are used as target practice. Dude you would love my russian Sniper rifle bro, vintage WWII. A Tommy gun which still works a German Lugar worth $$$$$$ and I will not fire it. that is just a few of the old things. Oh yea I forgot. I even have one of Annie Oaklies rifles.

Hey Once I used to hate when I was around 245 or so after cutting down from around 260 for a compitition and people at the gym saying I looked small. Here these are the guys that never entered a bodybuilding contest in their life and only care about how much they bench and how big they are. Don't get me wrong they were no light weights to say the least. Very strong guys but they have that mindset that bigger is better and didn't mind not having any abs showing. they still looked good but moreso like a football player then a bodybuilder and they are telling me I look small at 245 or 250. I used to get such a complex at times and then other times just pissed off. the worst insult you can say to a bodybuilder is that he looks small.

hell ya man. I love guns. I would love to see a pic for sure. I was thinkin about picking up an AR-15 for myself just b/c I can get it for real cheap. This dude is just like you, all his pieces are top notch n shit. He has an assault rifle thats about 25,000$ including all extra shit he has got on there. Night vision, laser sight, all that shit. You are right I would love the russian sniper rifle, especially since I love sniper rifles and I am russian. ha ha. I gotta get me one of those too for gods sake. Thats quite the collection though man for sure, 300!!!! damn we gotta hook up and go shooting sometimes, that would be so fun. My two prize possesions. A kentender with wooden grip shoots a 410 shot gun shell and you can put a choke in it for a 45. If your not familar with this one its a long pistol. My other one is and under over dual barrel break action single shot 30 30 on top 16 gauge on the bottem. Every time I use this one bruises on the shoulder. I only target shoot.

Woops I spelled it wrong. Thats cool that you know about it. The 45 rounds are scary looking and dam there one heavy load. When using the 410 I have to take a wide stance and stable myself as both my arms go over my head when a shot is taken.

I used to have a semi auotomatic 22 ruger pistol. I forget what the model was but it looked like an old german pistol. Man it was sweet. It fired like a champ with great accuracy. I belive it was a target pisto.

Prince here is the horrid scoop regarding my photos. I have gone on about how I abused steroids back in the day and the nasty side effects I got from them. I quit taking steroids cold turkey while at my biggest and most abusive time periods thanks to my wife. Well I went through a total hormonal breakdown. Rage to depression back to rage and more depression. Anyway after about 2 months off the stuff, I obviously began to loose a good amount of strength and my size began to dwindle a bit. After being the strongest guy in town and after every workout not getting stronger but weaker and weaker I just had an almost total breakdown. I trashed my house in a fit of rage and destroyed every good picture of myself. I remember saying to myself why keep these fuqing things, they are not me anymore. I was at rock bottom man and it took several good months to finally straighten the hell out but by then the damage was done, I destroyed all those memories in a fit of anger rage and self pitty. so now you know why I don't go in the anabollic section anymore because I don't have anything positive to say about steroids anymore. I like to every once in awhile go in there and thow my use but don't abuse lines in there then I leave before I get jumped on. In the meantime, I'm sure somebody I know may have a picture or two I'll just have to hunt them down.

I have one of those. Ruger 22 comp gun. They make 2 different models. I have the comp but took off the black grips and put on some really smoken wood pachmyers.

kinda funy, buddy of mine, who is 6'2"..says he doesn't have to go to parallel or below on squats to get full range of motion..as his legs are longer and full contraction is ata lesser angle, if I recall..
I laugh at him..and this is intelligent!
So...a guy..say is 5'4"..HAS to do ass to ankle squats to get teh same range of motion as his 'partials'?
