What is your favorite exercise?

What is your favorite exercise. Which ones do you dislike? Which body parts are your favorites to work on? I think my favorite would have to be dumbell chest presses. I also love any type of bicep curl.

I hate doing squats. Let me rephrase...its a love / hate relationship...I know Im in for some serious pain before I do em so before the exercise I hate em...but after I finish...I feel like I really did some work so I love em.

wipe grip chins are my fav...I have the same kind of love/hate thing going on with squats too...I get nauseous with anticipation before leg day/love it when I am done for another week.
 
Sleeping and eating. Those that know will say,"Yes, He's right". Doh!

Deadlifts without question. I like squats, but the form is a lot harder to perfect because you have to focus on stabilizing the weight on your shoulders and maintaining a good starting position and movement. I can better focus on just throwing up big weights with the deadlift.

Any exercise for my back, deads and tbar rows are my favorite. Legs are second fav and I hate, no make that despise working my arms.
 
Bench, specifically 1 rep max bench. I love the extremeness of it, love not even hearing the stereo even though it's cranked and not having a single thought in my mind other than "PUSH!!!!!"
Least favorite - I HATE dumbell (or barbell) rows.
 
I'd probably have to say flat dumbell flies and pullovers.

I've never felt my chest so sore a day later ever since I incorperated them into my chest routine.
 
The words, "SHUTUP & SQUAT!" come to mind.
 
Squats kick the shit out of me. I'm definitely a chest guy.
 
Deads and squats just make you feel so powerful and ugly that they would have to be my favorite, although I really love tricep pressdowns as well.
 
Theres something about squats that just floats my boat. Deadlifts are awsome too. How can you not love working pecs as well? As a fan of power lifting I love watching Olympic clean and jerk. Competition weightlifting is an exciting sport. But I love all the exercises. Man going into a gymn and throwing yourself against the iron is just fabulous. Sometimes I wonder how anyone can live without it.................take care...........Rich
