1-crazy over active lifestyle
2-find it hard to find enough time to get enough sleep
3-find it hard to consume enough calories even at maintance as i do a hevy labouring job for 11 hours per day and often have 1.5/ 2 hour sparring and wreseling sessions
4-poor genetics
5-injurys from mma
but on a plus side my physique and cardio is better than most guys i train with so im happy
Mine is from injuries from when I was young or nagging crap that I've accumulated over the years from MMA. For example, every time I move my left leg laterally, my lumbar pops.
