My love affair with Masteron...
really it's the little things. The day the that one vein on your middle left ab comes in. Or the depth of divot in your tricep or (filling the blank). It's the details

Great vids bro, these types of vids help me stay motivated so thanks for sharing! Many reasons to stay motivated but for me i love the PUMP mostly, especially midway thru a cycle. Reps bro!

Souds to me like u are positive and know what u want. But some days might be harder than others. Now thinking about a bad day at work. And u feel like shit because of something. But do u realy feel like shit or is it just psychological ? I think its just psychological. Lets say you going to do chest workout to day. And u usually do 10 reps with 100kg bench press. But to day u did only 8 reps. How will this effect ur workout ? My point is that if we think negative. Will everything be negative. Im usually a negative guy and thats not a joke. Think im taking things to the next level now. At least im trying :loser2:

I like it, because when Im in the gym all my other problems fade away. Its just me against the weights.
And I love the look of those 20 somethings when my old ass gets on the bench and reps 455 lol.

Mainly progression and boredom. Plus i'm sober as hell these days, and it's the closest thing I get to feeling some sort of high.

These and the fact that i know what i stop doing i stop being as able to do. Im also motivated by my refusing to accept limitations.

It's my cigarette. My nerve calmer. I HAVE to workout...or I'm gonna go to jail at the expense of moronic dumbasses walking the earth...

LOL. Yeah same here. I have a stressful job and deal with lots of people and employees. Having a "fuck it, I'm going to the gym" attitude helps me get by.

like Burrn and Griffith , my family and kids, + I love working out , I loved it all my life been in the gym since I was 15 or 16 and never stopped since then. now at 52 I am as motivated as I was in my 20's.

I've been lifting for so long that I wouldn't know what to do if I had to suddenly stop. The pump and tear down of the muscles certainly keep me motivated. I like the fact that I can still make myself sore after doing this for so many years and that I can still make progress on a regular basis. I'm mid-40's so even though I lift relatively heavy, amount of weight is never my goal. That's too hard on my old joints, even with a little external help with joint lubrication.

I guess what's hard for me is to understand why people can't stay motivated to do it. I don't mean that as disrespect because I realize that it's difficult to start and keep exercise habits when you haven't been active most of your life, but it just seems so foreign to me that people have to struggle to stick with it. I have certain days I go to the gym and I just go straight there after work.

i walk into a walmart and look to the left and then to the right.

^This is pretty close right here. I guess I love the battle with the weights, when everyone stops what they are doing or just looks your way because you are lifting a good amount. Now don't get me wrong, I am no powerlifting mass monter but I can put up some pretty decent weight. I suppose I know that in the back of my mind I will never have 6 pack abs(had a four pack once) or look like Arnold, maybe because genetics, maybe because of diet, or maybe for the sheer fact of drive or my lack there of in the discipline department. I dont have 20 inch arms and I do have some fat on my gut, but my high is when some guy comes over in the gym and says "damn that's some heavy weight bro" or when I am out and about and some hot chick grabs my arm or taps my chest and says something like "nice" or "do you workout". Obviously the latter only happens when my wife is not around LOL, but it makes you feel good either way. Both instances let you know that you are doing something right.

Well damn, if it ain't the music and the hot ass chicks in the youtube videos, I dont know then! Lmao, but I too have been hittin the gym so long, if I dont go, I'll go crazy (or wind up in jail)...I walk out of there feelin great...relieves STRESS and you feel like you're in another world where you're in total control...earphones on, world off!

My fianc? and daughter give me a reason every morning to wake up and do my very best at work each and every day. I thank God for them to be in my life and love them dearly. I think that they are my strength and motivation to succeed each and every day. They are the reason I live a healthy lifestyle and lift five days a week and eat healthy.

the feeling i get in the gym
