What kind of oatmeal do you all use? i get the quakerstate or whatever nd add a scoop of whey.

i buy generic old-fashioned oatmeal. i was buying quaker's o.f., but the quality matched & price was less.

Isn´t that refined with sugar and other stuff?
Not good.

Quaker quick oats, cooks in 1 - 3 mins. Yum!

I was about to tell you quick oats are more processed. Then I looked at your gallery.

Maybe I'll switch to quick oats. ;)

Thanks ;)

Actually I'm still trying to figure the oats issue out, I thought 'quick' oats were fine, I've looked at the ingredients and there's nothing added and doesn't say anything about them being processed. I do know that the 'instant' oats are bad news.

Can anyone clarify this?

There are the processed quick oats, and oats which are merely chopped into smaller pieces to increase surface area. The processed ones are bad; the smaller pieces are not.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals

If they are processed will it say on the package?

Quaker Oats (slow cooked kind), Old fashioned shreaded wheat or Plain Instant Oatmeal if I don't have much time.

They're all processed. Quick oats are just "overly" processed.

Like the thread said, though.. there may not be a substantial difference from what you're already using.

I knew quakerstate made a motor oil, when did they start making oats ?
