Thats a very general question. You are going to get a million different answers from a million different people simply because everyones body is different. Also because there are many ways to accomplish that goal. Depending on your lifting experience programs such as Ripp's 5x5 and Layne Nortons hypertrophy program are two of my favorites.
I love it when people say, I don't necessarily want to gain muscle, just normal weight. Then I always think to myself, other than muscle and fat, what kind of weight could you possibly put on?
