Wednesday morning I'm at the gym and start off with pull-ups. I do 1 set of 10 and then feel pain on the left side of the back of my neck. I did a couple of sets of pull-downs then called it a day because of the pain.
I iced for 15 minutes but it didn't help and I spent the afternoon and all night with a heating pad. The left side is swollen, theres constaint pain, and it hurts when I move my heat to the right, down, and up.
I didn't hit anything and I didn't hear any pops, so what the hell do I do to myself?
I want to give it a few days to settle down before calling the doc.
Any ideas or similar experiences.
