It seems like i stopped progressing on bench, and all other chest excercises. Maybe i hit a plateau, but neways its pissing me off, i feel like a bitch benching the same thing for a few weeks here is my chest workout i only do it ONCE a week now. (Supreme) lol
Flat Bench 2x5 1x8
Incline Bench 2x5 1x8
Incline Flys 3x8

i'm trying to train about 75% for just strength, not to get cut

i dont think its my diet either, i take almost my weight in protein, creatine (just got back on) ZMA, and a Multi

Your routine looks fine to me.That's only nine work sets for chest, but maybe you are overtraining.Try eliminating the incline benches for a couple of weeks. If you show some improvement, then you were probably overtrained. If not, try dropping your reps to 3's instead of 5's on the presses. If you have gone stale on a routine, something as simple as changing the reps can make a significant difference. And 3 rep sets will contribute to strength development, so you wouldn't be changing your goals by dropping your reps.Just a suggestion.

Try dropping the incline bench and for your high rep sets try 12's.

That will almost certainly solve your problem, if not get back to us.

Supreme u think i should drop low reps to 3 also?

You hit the wall! Time for one step back, two steps forward. Thats what I call it anyway. This is what I do,(right or wrong) I go for higher reps and switch from BB to DB presses. Do this for 2 or 3 weeks and then jump right back into heavy BB. You are going to take one step back in weight but in a couple of weeks you will get over the wall.
Good Luck! The other option is to just take a break all together.

Like you, I've hit the wall, in fact, my bench has gotten worse so I'm going to DB for my chest workout and adding dips.
I've just started so I'll let you know how it goes.

If you're trying to gain strength on bench in specific switching to different exercises isn't going to help.

What about switching from BB to DB? or is changing rep scheme the only answer?
