what time should i eat

im trying to figure out when i should be eating and drinkin weight gainer

in the morning i usally eat oatmeal and the rest is chicken and white rice

I work 230pm to 1030pm
I workout before i goto work

and this weigh gainer makes me feel full for like atleast an hour. It giving me a belly I guess thats just going to happen? lol thanks guys
 
If the question is 'when you should be eating'...then the answer is before you workout and then whenever you are hungry.

If you are asking when you should be supplementing with the weight gainer....then you can just drink it whenever you'd like. Using it as a meal on its own doesn't really work since you are going to be hungry an hour later anyways.
 
3:31PM. A minute earlier and you'll put on too much fat, a minute later and you'll burn off all your muscle :)

Seriously though timing doesn't matter all that much with the exception of the post-WO meal.

What are your current stats and goals?
 
Do you really need sumplements to get fast results, or can you do it effectively by just having an appropriate diet?

Also, for toning/fat burning how much exercise should you do per week? Better to do many small amounts or a few large sessions?

Get the idea of burning the fat out of your head. 95% of your fat loss is going to come through diet and nutrition.

The function of exercise in cutting is generally to convince your body to retain your lean muscle mass.

As for supplements, get your diet dialed in before even touching those. You shouldn't need or depend on them for fat loss, they're merely there to improve on an already perfected diet.
