I have never tried to really cut up since I've started training. I've been on a constant bulk routine for seven years. I have done a good job doing so but now I'm 23 years old and its not so easy to stay lean any more. I'm 5'9" 223lbs. with 17nish % bf anyways I love to drink soft drinks my favorite is Mt. Dew don't get me wrong I like my water too but I can't stand to drink it 24-7 especially when I eat a meal. I've stop drinking them before and that alone caused me to lean up well but it seems every diet drink tastes like pond water. What do some of you guys out there drink other than water and nasty diet drinks to cut the sugar intake out of your diets????
