What type of deadlift...

i hate deadlift, it ruined my back.. i'm going to stop doing them from now on..

i did deadlifts 2 days ago and my lower back is still bothering me a little, i squatted that day as well.

do you think that my form is bad? or it just my lower back rejuvinating

I think it's your form. I have started doing both squats and deads on my leg days, and have yet to have any back problems.

rack deads
thanks for putting those, I forgot about them and I need more lower back strength, the reason I forgot about them is because I never did them because I train at home with no rack, but I am joining a gym soon, thnanks:)

how the hell do you know its his form? or how can anyone know w/o a vid.? your lower back is supposed to be sore after deadlifts....

Yea my lower back gets sore the next few days after deadlifting. You should be able to differentiate muscle soreness/DOMS from some type of injury.

yeah im prety sure its just the after effects of the deadlifts seeing as i havent done them in about a year..

i dont think its an injury because the pain has decreased by almost 80% between yesterday and today

Just focus on not rounding your back and make sure you're keeping your form.

Because I assumed soreness wouldn't be a bother to anyone, and that what he was referring to was actual lower back pain.

I think good ol' conventional deadlifts are one of the best.
