Getting ready to start my first cycle. Messed up & ordered sust. Which from what I was told on here is best pinned eod. Was wondering if I got some test cyp if I could pin the sust eod for 7 weeks then switch to te cyp for the last five weeks pinning it twice a week.

Nothing wrong with sust, a lot of guy on here love it and only use it. I'm having good results with it. What else are you taking on this cycle, your gonna need to list all that if you want the brothers to help you better.

Sust just isn't as common in the US for whatever reason. It works exceptionally well for some people. You could do the switch but I would suggest just staying on sust. Test C will take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to kick in so if you start too soon you'll be really overshooting the amount of test, too late and you'll be under. Sounds complicated when you can just do sust straight through. If pinning is an issue use slin pins or 25g's. Just heat the oil.

Sust 250 eod or twice a week haven't decided yet arimidex .05 eod nolv on hand clomy for pct. Can I pin twice a week or not for every person who says yes there is someone who says no.

You can, you might have more sides and not get as much out of it but many have pinned twice a week.

I would pin it 3x per week at a minimum. In all honesty there isn't a whole lot of prop in sus anyway. I think it is like 30mg?

30 mg Propionate
60 mg Isocaproate
60 mg as Phenylpropionate
100 mg Decanoate

Like GMO said if you can at least 3 times a week you would enjoy it

I did the same mistake but someone on this board pointed me to the right direction. Pin 250 eod for 4 weeks... By that time the big boy esters should kick in then on the 5th week jump on test c or e. Worked fine for me
