Everyday my 5th meal of the day is a MRP shake. That I make myself.
Its usually protein/fat. Well its not really all shake I just mix it up with a spoon, almost turns into pudding or whatever. I usually use either 1/4 cup of almonds/walnuts, or 2 tbsp natural pb
But anyways whats better to use, sometimes I switch off but whats more beneficial?
I either do 2 scoops of ON Casein Protein, or I do 1 scoop ON Casein and 1 scoop ON whey protein.
Whats better? I've been doing 2 scoops Casein for the past few weeks, but I've read online that only 50-80% of casien protein is absorbed?
