When those of you who are at your physical peak decide to decrease the amount of time you spend in the gym, and start going back to a more "normal" diet? How long can it take to lose what you've gained.
It's something that I've wondered about lately. A lot of you put some serious time and sacrifice into working out well beyond the average level. Is it something you will try and continue doing well into your 70s? or will you at some point tame your workouts down to a limited form of maintenance? I see some of you and marvel at your physical stature, but wonder if I would have the ability to keep it at that constant level.
