diet after diet trying to lose fat, or just being happy with your overweight body?
I feel so drained all the time, and I think it is because I always want to lose weight. I usually diet for about 3 days, and than i get into a shitty mood and pig out. Than the next day I start over.
is it possible to be happy with your body and continue sticking to a diet?
maybe I should stop trying and accept my body and ill be a lot more healthy.
