How come every tells me something different about test suspension. Why buddy says run it twice a day 50ml and the others say 100ml an hour before you train
Think about the half life bro. I think it would optimum to split it up 2x/day. I understand why you might take a little more before workout but having that extra test while you recover is just as important IMO.
