Whats wrong with my shoulders?????

my anterior delts have been hurting while lifting for about a week and a half.
while doing chest on monday and triceps today, the front of my shoulders have been really bothering me. i know the anterior delts are a synergist for chest and tricep exercises but i felt it a little TOO much in my shoulders. it was more bothersome especially today while i was doing CG bench and i had to stop early because my shoulders were burning.

whats going on? i really try to keep proper form in all my exercises and im not trying to lift more than i can.

btw i do chest/bis on monday, back/tris on wednesday, and shoulders/legs on friday.

thanks for any help.
 
I am exactly like you man, I can't do more than like 5 pounds on side and front raises without it killing my shoulder (I CAN do 15, but it actually hurts..)

I'm getting a physical/checkup soon (gotta get my testicals checked from a bike accident, so you can see why I've been putting it off, no one wants bad testi's lol), so I'll probably get them check then. (my shoulders)
 
nah i dont think its a RC injury because i can do front/side raises. i asked some other ppl n they said it might be overuse because of my split.
 
I a just saw my sports doc about a rotator cuff injury yesterday. I really don't think it is likely that you would get it in both shoulders at the same time. It sure sucks, though. Mine hurts worse during bench then overhead exercises. But, anything involving the anterior delts hurts on that side--which has become weeker since I hurt it. And I don't even know how I hurt it.
