The 1RMs are for the following:

Bench Press
Curl
1 Arm Curl
1 Arm Bench Press
Squat
Deadlift(bent knees and erect back)
1 Arm Deadlift(bent knees and erect back)

I figured this would be a pretty fun thread, so guys and gals lets hear your 1RMs. I'll start with mine:

Bench Press: 405
1 Arm Bench Press: 175
Squat: 505
Deadlift: 505(erect back & bent knees)
1 Arm Deadlift: 245
Curl: 195
1 Arm Curl: 95

Curl: Cheat curled 185, good form 165
1 Arm Curl: 80
 
Some of the strangest numbers I've seen.

one leg squat 405
Deadlift: 705

Bar bell Curl: 325
1 Arm Curl: 155

1 Arm Bench Press: n/a
Squat: 405 (for 10, I dont go heavier than that)
Deadlift: stopped deadlifting
1 Arm Deadlift: n/a
Penis curls: 15lbs.. I don't go higher
Barbell Curl: 135 for reps I don't go higher
1 Arm Curl: 65 for reps I don't go higher

I do them with my back leg up on a bench. Kind of like a split squat with the back leg up so that it isn't directly applying force to the movement. no need for a shit machine.
 
No need for anything, I can hit reps of 6 1-legged squat no weight, no support, ass to the floor. I think most people can do this, they just never try. It took me all of 3 days to get it down. I want to try it with weights relatively shortly, though.

When you one-armed bench press is that with a dumbell or a barbell?

And "Deity Goddess" might just be a name, or maybe you're claiming to be a chicken, but I'm sorry, there's no way in hell a chick can curl 95 pound dumbells. I've never even seen a man come remotely close to that (although I'm not doubting it's possible).

As for my 1RM's.... I can't remember :confused:

Why can't I 1 Arm Curl 95lbs. for 1RM? I'm sure that Becca Swanson and alot more women can do more than me. And as for a "chick", I highly doubt it if a "chick" can curl 95lbs. as well. It's probably YOU'RE the one that can't do it.

one foot calf raise 300lbs

one arm tri ext 95lbs

one arm pull ups 15

one leg lunges 500lbs
 
one arm handstand military press: 15 reps while curling 97 LB dumbell.

one leg lounges with 200 LB dumbells: 27

one finger bench press: 428.2 x 19
