There are Olympic dumbells, but typically you wont see anything more than 150-200 pounds.
 
Paul Anderson was awsome. I seen pictures of him lifting an elephant once. I forget why he died, but he died pretty young.
Maybe lifting to many elephants. :eek: (I know that was bad).

Damn, In this photo it looks like he has a couple of stage coach wheels on the end of his barbell.

But actually they must be train wheels.. :D

Yep, that is him Mudge.
I posted him on another thread where they were asking people to comment on who they thought had the biggest arms.
I picked him, but he wasn't on the list.

I said delts, simply because I like overhead pressing a lot. However, I really have a love hate relationship with leg work. I don't enjoy it during or shortly thereafter; I'm not a masochist. But a little later I feel so invigorated
 
Chest and arms have always been my fav, but when I worked my shoulders today and I could seem the muscle ripping through it gave me a real buzz(and a couple more reps).

In the past 2 months I've made gains everywhere but my shoulders seem to be the most noticable
