hey people, I don't remember the exact order of questions...
weight...168
been lifting seriously about 2 years
bench-265x1
squat-305x3
get 225 about 6 or 7 times
supp free, a protein bar now and then
lift to stay healthy, keep my girlfriend happy, and hopefully to be in as good a shape as some of the 65 and 70 year old's that I see at our gym(we have a PT and cardiac rehab)
 
I did 405 Deadlift for 3 last week.

I could only do 225 back in November last year so I'm happy with that.
