Have not maxed in a while but...
Bench 315x10 so maybe 405x1
Deadlift 495x6 so maybe 545-560x1
Squat 455x7 so maybe 525-540x1
As I said have not maxed in a long time. These are just guesses going off what I rep in my workouts. I could be totally wrong. It is fun to see what you can do from time to time though. I may try some maxes in the next month now that you guys mentioned it.

Well, I did what I said I was going to do and try a max week! First day(Monday) I did squats. I started off with 225 for 10 as a warmup then 315 for 5 to get a little pump. First set I decided on being safe and went for 495. I was very surprised when I got it with relative ease. Next set was 545. I got that for one but was a little choppy walking back to rack it. I figured I would go for it and try 585. Man I got under that thing and had two guys watching to make sure. I wanted one watching me(spotting) and one making sure I went parallel to the floor. Damn, I got it and couldn't not believe it. I figured at this point I need to try an even 600! I took what felt like a forever break(maybe ten mins) and preceded to give it a shot. Well, believe it or not it was the cleanest, strongest, lowest rep I did. I started to turn around and ask after I racked it to make sure I went parallel and I got a thumbs up. I thought about going for more but figured i should quite while i was ahead. The only thing I regret not doing was having someone record it so i can look back at 60 years old and say "damn that was me". At least i recorded it in my journal, that is at least something. Tuesday I'm going for somewhere north of 400pds for the bench. I will keep you guys updated. Damn...anadrol is some good shit!

well absolute best ever for each
bench 410 for a few
squat 500 for a few...looooong time ago
dead 500 for a couple

now if i cant do 6...i dont touch it

Squat and deads 2-3 reps 405, bb bench did 2 reps with 335 about 6mos or so back but felt something in my shoulder and have used only dbs since. My muscular ability has left the ability of my joints far behind at this stage so like KOS I now stay in the 5-8 rep range. Sometimes switching to even higher on accessory exercises.

Well Tuesday has come and gone, and so has my bench max day. I started out with a nice easy warmup with 135 for 10. I then proceeded to get the blood flowing with a super slow 5 reps at 225. I decided to start off light to give my self a confidence boost so I put on 365 and got that for an easy one. I figured it was time to do what I set out for and put 405 on the bar. I got my hand off and wow it went up fairly easy. I was already thinking to myself...could this be like squat day? Well I then put 425 on the bar after about a 5-7 minute rest and went for it. I got it about 3 quarters of the way up before needing a touch spot. I asked my spotter the percentage/weight figuring and he thought he took about 10pds off the bar with the spot. I said ok let's try 415 then. I took a long rest and preceded to try to bang it out. I took the hand off from my spotter and pretty much got crushed by 415. I don't even think I got it 6 inches off my chest before he had to "bent row" it off me. We both agreed I "blew my load" to early with 425 and that I probably would have got 415 if I would have tried that instead. I set out to do what I wanted...bench over 400pds. So far my 2 day total is 1005. Not to shabby so far I figure. Next up is deadlift. My only concern is that I tweaked my back working on my shed yesterday and it hurts to bend over. I decided to take Wednesday off to try to heal up and see how it feels on Thursday. If it feels the way it feels now, I don't think I will be dead lifting this week. Once again I will keep you guys updated.

Bench 405
Squat 545
Dead lift 555

I haven't attempted higher my goal was 1500lbs

Well, my back is not 100% so I have decided to take it easy over the weekend and see how it feels on Monday. Hopefully I can try my max deadlift then. If not I might just put it on the back burner(no pun intended) and get back to regular training.

Hey: I was a member of a Maryland Powerlifting team a few years back.
Bench was 340, Squat 425, Dead 470, in the 185 pound class. Now not so good coming back from a bout of chemo therapy.
Coming back though strong and now 205.....lifting a little lighter.

Well, here is the final update. I finally did deadlifts this past Monday. My back wasn't a 100% yet but I'm moving into a new training period so it had to get done. First was a very easy warmup to test the waters, 135pds for 10. Next was 315 to get the blood flowing. Ok, the back was in a little pain but alright. First max set was 495. It went up but not easy especially since two weeks ago I got 495 for a good 6 reps. I knew I was in trouble after that. I next tried 545. I started to pull and damn it felt like forever before I got locked out. That was way harder then I expected. I figured I was screwed...damn I hate being right. Next set I tried 565. I don't think I moved the weight more then 4 inches off the floor before I dropped it. Talk about being disappointed. I really figured with me doing 495 for 6 reps I would be somewhere between 575-600pds. Was it just a bad day? Was it my back because it still hurt? Who knows, but I know I didn't get want I wanted. 545 was the final pull. Oh and for that one rep calculator website, I wouldn't trust that. It may give you a "LOOSE" idea but you won't know till you try. It told me that I should deadlift 585 and squat 545 when I plugged in my reps. That thing was wrong on both counts. It was close on the bench though only being about 10pds off. Anyway the grand total was 1550. I guess that isn't to bad. Well now it is time to go the other way and try to cut up.
