Weakest is definitely my chest. Strongest in terms of how much i can lift has to be my legs.

my weakest has 2 be my bicep strongest my chest

Strongest = chest / delt / tri
Weakest = legs (knee problems = no heavy lifting without pain...)

Weakest? Delts. My clavicles are ridiculously short and the muscle fibers in that region or pathetically sparse giving me ye olde coat hanger appearance. Son of a...

Strongest? The deadlift was my biggest lift with a 365 max at about 170 lbs. But that was more a combination of very short legs (32 inseam) and super long arms than general strength, imo. And I'm no longer approaching that number. Not even remotely.

Weak shoulders. Too much work related overuse through the years has severely limited any overhead pressing moments.

Biceps and abs are my weakest and most lagging. Neither responds very well. Biceps have gotten a little better since dumping bicep-specific exercises and leaving it up to back movements to get the job done. My abs are just a fucking train wreck.

Legs and back are my strongest.

Strongest is my Erector, I have no weak areas.

Strongest are my quads by far.
Weakest... :geewhiz:
Chest, biceps, shoulders, forearms (no grip).

Id say my legs are weakest (due to a knee injury, I took a year off of heavy leg workouts)

Strongest would be my triceps or biceps

i see alot of guys with strong legs, i wish i was one of them. i can dead more than i can squat. right now anyway. real bad knees from yrs of abuse. i can due 225 for 4 now, up from 135 1 month ago due to knee damage. if i can get my squat back to 405 then ill get better i think who nos. i can leg press alot but you need squats.

I would have to say squats are where I need my most improvement! I think the main issue there revolves around the fact that I hate squats. My strongest lifts are deads & bench.

the strongest muscle in my body is my heart, weakest is my stapedius. hope that helps

They are no more lagging but biceps requires special attention...
Strongest are backs, legs and pecs...Back is becoming so wide i have a hard time finding clothes...

me to but if you go to the shops online they make the clothes big enough to fit your back. i get the 2xxl from online store or i also wear hoodies and i get great deals at the salvation army they got alot of 2xxl long sleeve hoodies you can wear. nice to. i never train with nothing but hoodies and a hat because i like to cover up as there are alot of cops and corrections go to my gym. i dont trust them. so i keep covered everywhere. my 2 cents bro hope i helped.

I wouldn't sweat it, dude. Most people can deadlift more than they squat. In fact, I think it's a little odd to squat more. I suppose it comes down to individual proportions, but generally deadlifts yield greater numbers.

Also, 225 for 4 is awesome! I would be choked too to be down from previous numbers; I also just had a battle with getting my deadlift back to normal, but with hard work I did, and so will you. It's fun in a way working your way back; it's like Rocky making his comeback in Rocky III.

Was 405 your 1RM?

:roflmao:

I have pretty weak lats, still cant do sets of bodyweight pullups. When I started I thought my legs were weakest but from squatting lots and going deep they've become a lot stronger. Also my shoulders arent that strong and I dont seem to be making many strength gains for them.

I had to start with negative pullups but quickly after doing them I was off doing bodyweight pullups and now I'm adding weight to them!
Negatives get your lat stregth up super fast!
Curt James can vouch for this too.

I can do like 4 or 5 for the first few sets but for the last few I can usually only get 3 maybe 4 in. I usually just use the assist machine and go for 10-12. Im pretty heavy right now like 215, so maybe after my first cut they wont be as much of a problem.

I started off being able to do 7-8 pullups. Lifted weights for a good 2 yrs, and could never do better than 12 pullups. @170lbs

In contrast, I almost tripled my starting deadlifts and squats in the same time period.

moral of the story:

pullups aren't easy
