Ever have one of those days when everybody in the gym wants to stop you and shoot the chit about something?

Fortunately, it doesn't happen often but some days, damn.

I don't have many days like that. I keep my head down and get in and out of the gym with as little conversation as possible. I'm not there to make friends.

Almost never. I work out early in the morning before work. Most of the other people are in a similar situation. There's not much time to waste. Get in, work out, clean up, go to work.

YES! And I'm always in a hurry since I take a long luch and workout. Seems like everyone I know tries to stop me and chat! I'm like hey, I gotta job..............I don't have all day to stand around!! I gotta get back to work so I can play on the internet!!

Get in, do your sheet, get out. I wear am MP3 player also, and go when almost nobody is there, around 9-10PM.
