when i maxed on bench lastnight i got 225 then i didnt have any 2 1/2lb oly weights so i had to squeeze a standard 2 1/2lb weight inbetween 2plate lol..so i got 230lbs so then i threw 235lbs on their and couldnt do it..i had to try it 3x until i finally got it
.....have u guys ever had to try ur max lift like 3x's until u get it?..u think it was just a mental thing or something?
