I just started working with free weights a few weeks ago. I have a set of dumbells that goes to 20 pounds per handle and I bought an olympic curl bar (no weights yet) last weekend.
I am currently training three times a week with the weights and doing cardio three times a weel with one day of total rest per week. I am also using a whey supplement after weight training to help the muscles recover.
I guess my question is when do I need a bench and what is recommended?
