when to cut

Im not high or low of bodyfat so how long does it take to diet down to a reasonably low amount of body fat, so i can see my abs? (very approximate) 1month, 2 months, 2 weeks? I have no issues with a hard diet and i never cheat.

I tried this before and I know that I cant supply enough data but Im just looking for a ballpark.. and I provided the best picture I could take while being completely relaxed.

what are you trying to cut? you look like a skinny guy to me. if you cut, you might dissapear! Why not eat healthy and train hard and see what happend when you put on some muscle mass?

best advice right there bud...add some lbm while maintaining a strict clean bulk.
 
I decided to try lifting for the 4 months of the summer, I cant keep it up after the end of august and I had the intention of trying to look my best for then. I just wanted to see how well i could do and how much muscle i could put on. I've always been skinny so i wanted to see if I could be big. Then look shredded at the end of the summer.

I have been on a 4800 calorie bulk for the past 2 months. I have had great gains too. I went from Squating just the bar (mostly due to balance) and now I can almost squat my bodywieght (200 lbs) + bar

I figured I would bulk for 3 months and cut for 1 month. But i suppose i could just do a clean bulk.
 
Sorry, I just mentioned the squat thing because im proud :D
 
simply try to clean your food dud like no fat and sugar, for 1 month do setups day after day and you'll see it fast

Fats are good. Keep saturated fats to a minimum, and avoid trans fat.

Milk is fine. Stick to skim Milk and keep it to a minimum.

Read the stickies, looks like you might learn a lot from them.
