When to have a protein shake

Tell me if this sounds right.

I have 3 protein shakes a day.

Morning-40g
Post WO-50g
Before Bed-40g
 
morning, pre-workout, post-workout and before bed here

always consume them with some slow digesting carbs and a second protein source, apart from PWO when its simple sugars and fruit
 
oats, milk. no white bread..

I have one when I wake, pre workout, post workou, and bed. pre workout is egg/whey mix, post is whey, bed is casein, and wake us whey

I would drop the one at least before bed - too rapidly digesting. Or at least use a casein shake and add some fats and fibre to it.

PWO is good (add some carbs), but how much you need will depend on your weight (I doubt you need that much though)...

Morning - if you want... But add fats, carbs, fibre...
