When to start the Winny?

10 yrs of training.

Dbol Weeks 1-4. 20mg caps 3 times a day
Sust 250 Weeks 1-12. 500 the first 2 weeks then run with 250 for the remainder.
Now I have 2-10ml of Winny and I am debating on how late to run it. I've talked to most guys who use it for 6 weeks. Most people see results in 3 weeks and after that the cuts will only get more defined if you seriously cut out carbs.
I plan on 50 mgs EOD.
I've done multiple other cycles but they were always wintertime get strong. I compete in strongman comps and I am weight restricted. I'm hoping the Winny will help the Dbol bloat?
Any advice is great.

Why are you only using 250mgs of sust after the first two weeks? Even 500mg/wk of sust is not nearly enough IMO. Sust is a terrible choice compared to Test E or C due to fluctuating blood levels caused by the different esters. I am not sure what you meant by the winny. Do you plan to run winny with Dbol or just at the end of your cycle? Either way winny will put strain on the liver.
 
Seems rather week IMO for anything (strength or size). If bloat is a concern with test or dbol then add suffcient A-dex, nolva, letrozole, etc.

Otherwise I feel that this cycle is kind of a waste of $.. A-dex, nolva, letrozole, etc. will control much of the estrogen bloat while allowing the strength gains u want.

And winny overall is a poor compound for a strongman guy like you. I think winny is only good for runners, bikers, and the last 4-6 weeks before a BB show to harden you up a lil more.
 
250 of sust is too little especially if it is not your first time around the block.

I hear you guys. I ran Test E at 500mg a week as a standalone before I competition last fall. I gained 11 pounds. My farmers walk is my best event. I noticed that I got painful arm pumps when I was on. Actually the pumps in general were crazy but when ur haulin ass with 225 pounds in each hand...well i almost lost a leg one time cuz my forearm felt like it was gonna explode. The issue for me is the whole weight restriction. My class is Under 215 lbs. I know of one guy that did 500 mg of Sust a week and his strength moderately increased. And the Dbol I like because I respond very well with its positive effects.
IMO I should have spent 300 bucks on a quick cycle of Halotestin. Get strong with out gettin big. lol. And I would like to run the WInny at the end. Cuz I'll be cuttin down on the pizza and beer. jk. Who does that?
But possibly the last 6 weeks with WInny? Harden up look pumped!

PS I am not affraid of the bloat its just harder for my body to let go of the all the water. I'm partly pacific islander and I keep that smooth, not so vascular, but "pumped" look. I just hate the MOONFACE. fml
 
Winny will likely - though not always - cause joint pain/discomfort which very well may interfere with and limit the amount of weight you successfully compete with during your event. For something like a Strongman Comp with weight limits, Halo should be the first choice with a low-moderate dose of Test as a baseline.

So Halotest and run maybe Test E as a base? And how much of the Test should I run if I'm not lookin to gain weight? what's a safe yet effective dosage. I'm just curious if anyone has ever run like a maintenance cycle where they are just lookin to get strong and not bulky.

I looked up some other cycles for strongman. They included deca for the joint soothing effects?
I've heard winny causes some joint discomfort but I would associate that with many who take it are either dieting and still lifting intense. I have yet to find it dries out out ur joints. I thought endurance athletes took it as well? I could be wrong. IMO its more for bodybuilders lookin to get ripped. I posted this thread just to see when most lifters run it. From an objectionable standpoint regardless if I do strongman or not and my goal is to use the drug properly, should I run Winny for the last 6 weeks?

And I will most likely do 250mg of Sust every 3 days bc I agree 250 it is too weak for me. I just want to hear people's opinions.

Yes, Deca is common for the joint lubrication which could possibly be a little exaggerated but it seems to help store some water in joint areas that could be problematic. However, Deca will cause water retention and is commonly known to assist with weight gain in bulking cycles so it could be counter-productive if you're looking to avoid weight gain. I don't know that Winny actual dries out the joints per se but it's a dry feeling. The insides of my elbows used to feel like rubber bands about to snap when I did oral winny. And shoulders felt not quite right. Shoulders are gtg now but my interior elbows haven't recovered 100%. Yes, strength increased but strength will increase just as much if not more with Halo - along with a more aggressive workout and absence of joint discomfort. Many people run winny at end of cycle such as last 4-6 weeks in order to help harden up gains associated with a bulker/mass cycle they started with. Some take Winstrol and do not have any pain/discomfort in joints. If you take it orally ED, start out at 25mg and then increase after one week so you can gauge if there's any noticeable effect if/when lifting heavy. I would not go above 50mg with oral Win tabs though. No reason to.

I've ran a low dose cycle at 250-300mg of Test EW and added 20-40mg Halo ED for up to 6 weeks. Did not gain alot of weight however; got stroger and more ripped. This is seems to be more of what you're looking for.

^^ no doubt. Some HRT Doctors probibly prescribe that much for old men that cant get an erection. :pissed:

Anavar is good too. Halotestin would be good. Turinabol might work good for you as well. I would run any one of them with 300-500mg of test though. Since you are not trying to gain too much weight low dose of test is fine.
