When to take a break??

I've been working out pretty regularly 45-60 minutes a day, 5 times a week with weekends off for about 7 months straight. IS there a certain timeframe to just take a week off and let the body do a good recuperation??? How often if at all should this be done. Sometimes I feel like I can't get enough rest.
 
If you are questioning whether or not it's a good idea, than it's probably time to take a break.
