when to train abs

I just started working out after years of abusing my body
I gained a whole lot of weight. But now its time for a change
I'm 5'3" 235lbs. My question is,is it better to train abs after I loose
weight or start now on me beer belly..

Doing hundreds of sit ups isnt going to get rid of that beer belly. Cardio and diet are the keys to losing weight. Implement a weight training regime and get diet down and then knuckle down and stick to it. See CowPimp's thread on compiling a split routine in the Training forum.
 
thanks guys, I started weight watchers about 2weeks ago and i've lost 10lbs
