Ok. From what I've read, doing your cardio in the morning will burn fat because your body does not have any carbohydrates to work with. Then I would lift later in the day. Or, you could lift later in the day, and do your cardio right after that. I wouldn't reccomend lifting weights in the morning because when I do, I don't have any power.
I was recently doing a low carb diet, and I felt burned out whether I was lifting or doing cardio. But when I added in more carbs, started working out in the afternoon, and doing cardio afterwards I lost more fat! Whether you're doing cardio in the morning or after lifting, I would still reccomend lifting weights later in the day so you have food on your stomach.
