First of all, the ghetto is simply an urban area that typically has little money and is full of gangs and danger. You're saying that everyone in ghettos is stupid? What about the people who don't live there by choice (99%)? Those who try to go to school but maybe can't because of gang shootings, etc may be very intelligent. Even gang members can be smart but make poor choices or be forced to make them. Get real.

Yes, words are made up. That's how we have languages. I agree that many of the words made up in the ghetto seem pretty stupid, but I don't live there. Who am I to judge?

Also, there are some truly outstanding community colleges. That's like saying that all public universities are crappy as well. And that's complete crap.

In addition, considering someone's GPA as the indicator of that person's intelligence is laughable at best. I know many people who have crappy GPAs and class ranks but who are probably smarter than our valedictorians. What about SATs and ACTs? AP tests? None of those guage intelligence? How about IQ tests? Again, relying on GPAs is ignorant. Even relying on tests isn't the best idea because many factors affect test scores.

Book smarts is all that matters? Take a stroll into the ghetto for me and tell the first 100 people you meet what fancy degree(s) you have (surely you're a stunningly brilliant person to be saying this) and see how much respect you get. Actually, see if you live.

Oh, and I don't consider myself unintelligent. I listen to rap. I agree that most people in the top ranks in school usually don't listen to it, but I do know plenty of intelligent people who do. You are being ignorant and foolish and it's almost embarrassing that you posted what you did in this thread.

I'm also curious as to how intelligent you consider yourself. Since when is the word 'degree' capitalized randomly? How about 'beat' and 'own' and the 'G' in 'GPA' but nothing else? Not to mention your usage issues and generally incorrect grammar throughout a significant portion of your post. What about your lack of punctuation and your immature phrases ('retarded shit' is obviously a phrase only a genius would use)? Sorry, but you aren't impressing me.

There are negative things about all things, including every kind of music and culture. It is unwise to judge others when you live in a bubble; the bubble can sometimes distort your view of the outside.
