I recently started college, I'm a freshman, but I really don't want to, skip that, I don't need to cease the great workout program that I started this summer. But I get up and have to go straight to school, and on mon-wed I go from 10-3:15 and on tues-thurs. i go from 11-1:45. In addition to this, I'm trying to join clubs and stay afterschool to meet people. THen when I get home, of course I have homework I have to do, but if anyone can think of a way for me to go ahead and find time in my day to rip myself to shreds, please help by giving me some suggestions...thanks!:D

Just do it when you have time. Time management is something you are going to have to learn now.

Not much to think about...

Screw the clubs for meeting people, get your butt in the gym and get shredded. Plus there are lots of hot college chicks at college weight rooms.

Ohh yea the chicks in the Weight Rooms definetly can work me up good!! Its sometimes dangerous when they walk aroudn with there short shorts and Im under the bar, and I forget to lift my arms, lol!

I heard an average studying time of an MIT student is 18 hrs/day.
Is throwing out irons in gym included in this? lol

why are you asking us?

you should know when you'd have time before we would

geez

i'm a freshman in college and i never have a problem working out I make time for it. It is, after all, a huge part of my life.

Anyway...if u get wasted after the intense workout...it is not quite good to study....(my experience).
The time devoted would be combination of the time for going to gym...for woking out in gym(an hour) ...for the time to rest ..and eat after workout. It may all give rise to 3-4 hours...
