so for the past 7 weeks ive probably been in the worst diet mode of my entire life. Generally my wait stays somewhere in the 155-160 weight area, i am now up to 169 and this is primarily from eating complete junk(pizza/ice cream/shakes etc). However, i had planned to start a bulk in september so would you all recommend me getting my diet back in order(around 2000 good cals a day) before i start the bulk or just fuck it and do it?
