When I first came onto this site, I noticed a shit load of members were just doing journals and werent participating in discussions. Now I have found myself within that crowd, but its gotta be for real reasons.

I havent posted much because of all the god damn product threads. I press New Posts and on the first page, I get 11 threads of advertisement/sponsors/fluff. I go to page 2 and I see 10, page 3, 8.

Now, I understand this site turns a profit and I sure as shit would like to make more money, but from a consumer standpoint, I dont see anything new on this forum. Its pretty much the same old, same old, minus the ease of finding a discussion. I like a review as much as the next guy, but I dont need a review everyday, let alone 11 of them in one search page. I hate to say it, but this site has turned spam-like.

I came here to find out training advice, start a journal, look at pics, and laugh at DOMS racial humor. While I was here, I ordered all sorts of ironmagazine products. Now, I have little reason to come here (my journal) because 'good threads are hard to find these days.' Since I dont frequent here, I dont buy here. Shit, even when I google products, new products, and their reviews, this site doesnt come up in those searches.

Now, its cluttered with all sorts of stuff and I dont see any real improvement. If there is, let me know cuz I sure as shit am not aware.

I dont use the newposts search option like I used to due to the clutter of sponser threads that have overtaken it. now I just go from page to page of the sections I post in.
