Am looking into buying some Protein to help out with my diet.
Basically my diet goes like this...

Breakfest: Oatmeal or oats Cereal and 1 fruit, usually banana

Lunch: Salad or chicken, rice and Vege's, Fruit (apple or Orange)

Dinner: Chicken or Fish, Vege's and Fruit.

Lots of water all day.

Work out: basically all cardio at the moment. Run, jog ride bike at lest for 30 minutes minimum. I do some weight lifting but focusing on Cardio for right now am trying to go from 170 to 150/145. I've been doing good am down to 158 as of yesterday.

I know it's not the best diet, but looking for improvements from anyone.
I've been looking at some protein products at All The WHey, and can't decided which would be best the Protein Isolate OR Lean & Fit Meal Replacer. Any one has any input? Thanks.

Well 6 meals a day is what you should be looking for. Your body needs nutrients, protein, cals, and carbs all throughout the day. Bedsides it keeps your metabolism goin.

so maybe a "Fit Meal Replacer" by All They Whey between Breakfest & lunch nad another between lunch and dinner?

Would be an improvment. I would add more real food however. It will keep you from getting hungry, besides those meal replacments can get kinda pricey.
