Whey Protien?

Whey protien. i know its probably a freshman of protien in the high school of protien nutrition but ive been taken it for about 2 years and im happy with my results from it, but compared to heavy duty ones, have i been wasting my time?

Best bet is Whey Protein Isolate (WPI), I dont get the gas from it, as much.
