I mix in 3/4 to 1 cup of oats, 1/2 scoop prolab, 5-6 oz. skim milk and some water to make sure there is enough liquid in there to cook it.

it's 20-something bucks. i found it at vitamin shoppe but normally i buy stuff off of bulknutrition.com. i just dont' see it there right now.
The only cinnamon oatmeal flavor they have is for Pure Whey right now. Not the Lean Complex Protein Component (slower-releasing protein blend than whey). I'm sure it tastes the same.
