Hey I've got a question about cardio...
But firstly just want to say that it has been approximately 3 weeks since I started my cut, cleaned up my diet and did daily cardio. Since then I dropped from 161 lbs to about 151 lbs right now! Much more defined at this point.
Anyway, I plan on doing this for another 3 weeks to get to a really low fat %. My question at this point is whether to continue with my usual program on the tread, which is "fat burn"? Basically, start off slow and build up to my max speed and go down, and back up etc? OR choose another option which I just figured out now that's called "Interval Training" and basically takes me 20 seconds on the walking speed, then the next 20 seconds goes straight to my max speed and does this for about 20 mins. Which one would you recommend for optimum fat burn?
