ok, i need some advice on which grip i should use. right now on my back exercise i do the following
wide grip lat pull downs
bent over bb row-overhand grip
low cable pulls-palms facing each other
bb shrugs- overhand
my question is this, since i'm doing overhand for lat pulldowns and shrugs, and palms facing each other for the cable pulls, should i use an underhand grip for my bent over rows?
