Im taking Deca 10 week. Should I stack with Sustanon or Test Enanthate?

Test E and run the test for two weeks longer than the deca. You might want to taper the deca down toward the end, as well. Use HCG on cycle for better recovery.

sustanon, because its 4 esters work in a 'special' systematic effect to make it much more anabolic than just one single test ester

when should I start HCG and for how long at what dose?

There are various opinions on what is best. A good general approach is to take 500 iu every 5 days. You could start after about a week of being on and stop five days before you start your pct.
