Whining and moaning - I think some appreciation is due.

The whole topic in general is getting boring, but just a little appreciation and feedback where it's due.

Naps have always been amazingly efficient in my experience, with both communication and service, and continue to do so during this (now identified) 'problem'.

If there's a problem, no matter where or what, whether it's in the business world or personal life, it's common knowledge (and could say basic common sense) first and foremost you identify and define the problem; then you aim to resolve it by implementing a solution.
Naps/reps have/are doing this quite bloody well if you ask me.

And to those who are reiterating their whining and moaning to the point of rudeness and anger:
If it's to express your dissatisfaction to the world and his wife and make others aware, thank you anyway but it's pointless because there's about half a dozen threads on those who "are still waiting"... out of a possible how many thousand customers Naps have on their books. Be patient for goodness sake. You knew there was a very small risk of a problem like this when you first took the plunge and ordered with an online site. It's just unfortunate it happened to you.

Where are the other thousands moaning about Naps and not receiving their orders?

It's easy math.

they have.. i have seen places go threw gear problems before and the reps ask for complaint threads to be locked or deleted asap..

anabolic and gxr have sat around and answered the same questions over and over every day and hid nothing.. much props for that
 
The reps are getting the shit end of the stick and now are getting frustrated too and starting to lock threads because the 7-10 days that we, and they, were promised is not appearing.

It's not the reps fault and they can promise and apologise until they get blue in the face but it will not help speed up delivery.

It's the Naps site and owners that have let everybody down, I don't care who is too blame re the postage, Naps have tracking numbers and should have monitered postage before it got that bad, they left it too late before discovering the problem.

I've spoken (mailed) support several times and got the same answer, 7-10 days, never an apology or explanation, I've had to find out that myself through the forums by pestering the Reps.

The support did offer me a 10% discount off my next order (before the site stopped taking new business) which was great considering that the web page offered 20% to everybody.

My interpretation is that possibly Naps business sky-rocketed by new orders coming from ex Genxx customers and then the postal problems occurred which was not picked up until complaints came flooding in and months of orders were backlogged.

Hopefully it will get sorted out but it's bloody hard being patient and looking expectantly at the post every day and hoping, I've today had to reorder with Genxx because I think there order will arrive before my months old Naps order, (if I see it at all!)

How many people are waiting for orders? who have received them? who knows, not all post on here or other forums.

You are buying illegal goods and whenever you send money by Western Union or Moneygram etc you have to accept the fact that you may never see anything back. It's a chance you take,

I've done my share of moaning, never been rude no need for that, no more, it's not fair on the Reps and it will not help the situation, just waiting but an offer of a free something on next order, when back to normal, would be appreciated to try to tempt me to stay with this supplier,

Big up to the Reps for not running and hiding, it cannot be easy.
 
I am definitely done expressing my negativity as well. There is no point. As ace said, the reps did not fail us, Naps did. I suppose ill also pledge my allegiance to genxl

I've been keeping the faith that naps will come through, and I too have now been waiting for over two months. Earlier this year I also got stuck waiting when there where issues too but naps came through then and I believe they will again now, and prior to this all orders went smoothly. I think Acee is most likely on to something as I have been thinking the same thing that naps got backed up because of gen's issues.

The original issue with orders that occurred this year happened around the same time that gen went down, and naps was probably left shuffling to figure how to get the increased volume out through the mail which lead to problems that were fixed. Naps delivering despite issues last time combined with their great prices and product line caused their rep to skyrocket causing I imagine yet another drastic increase in volume leaving them shuffling to find a way to get mail out again, we've been told the problem is fixed, i like to believe it is but if its not I'm sure it will be, I'd rather them take their time find a good solution for mail that ensures customs isn't breathing down anyone's neck and seizure letters are avoided.

I think the reps have done a great job, I've seen both loose their cool a little but considering what they are dealing with they have done amazing, they are just relaying what they know.

Additionally since people continue to complain including shipping details I'll add myself to the list to point out these are illegal products, even though I believe we should have legal access to do with our bodies as we wish, the US gov doesn't agree. So I fully understand that getting my order isn't as simple as just dropping my one package in the mail. At this point I'm more worried that people posting so many details about their shipments will simply increase the odds of customs getting my pack, so please STFU with the details!!! People posting details for everyone to read is what has pissed me off the most throughout this process because to me it just ups the risk factor we are all taking.

I also don't think that people should be necessarily blaming the owners either, odds are they are trying to work out details to get packages through which like I said before is not just like you or I dropping a letter in the mail, there is volume and probably quite a few hurdles to getting them through.

In the two months I've been waiting this time I've opened only two tickets and in no way do I feel like I just received canned or copied responses. The first message I asked for tracking, I got tracking. The second yesterday I asked for a reship, it wasn't exactly declined but essentially in the end I was asked to continue to wait patiently as I had been doing, so that's what I will continue to do, it's not as if any of us involved really have a choice it is what it is, waiting for things to get worked out.

Also I want to make this clear I'm not one of those guys that sits on a stack of goodies, I too was counting on this order, it was to be my bridge to my winter (which I'm still holding off ordering since I'd like to order it from naps once things get sorted) Instead of stressing myself completely out about it I've picked up the slack and trained harder, besides you all should know that too much stress breaks down your hard earned muscle, the anger/stress I have had because of this I've used to get that last rep, do an extra set, or keep going a few extra minutes.

I personally don't care if someone wants to complain about their order, or if someone wants to say naps is great, just leave out the details because if your worried about your order why do something that gives us all more reason to worry. The only thing I'd like to here detail wise is my package arrived, not where to or how long it took, just that it made it there because once they start showing up I'm sure they will continue to do so. When mine arrives or possibly a seizure letter because of all the people that can't keep their mouths shut I'll let you all know. I think the old saying loose lips sink the ship definitely applies to this situation.

wow, what a long post but I've been reading through posts on here for quite a while and felt I needed to add my two cents for what its worth. Another idea a just had is why don't we open a thread for pissing and moaning that way those that want to can, and those who don't want to read it know which thread to avoid?
 
Well, if som1 say 2-3 weeks and it takes 10-12 than sorry but is no worth any pounds....still waiting, first and last time guys!
 
even though I did appreciate the titties, and a couple good laughs, for a lot of people out there this is a big issue but not surprised the post would be a TL DR for you based on your previous posts with regards to the issue, but thanks again for the titties/laughs and I'd say anyone stressing about there orders should take a look it should at least take your mind off the mail box for a bit :winkfinger:

That's the question I have. I want to see just one package arrive to aid in me keeping faith. This isn't my first order and don't want it to be my last. Base gear is competitively price among sources but the add-ons are where Naps shines. I want some Winny or Var and it's 3 times the price anywhere else.

I want Naps to pull through more than anything.

Luckily I just ordered from a real source, so despite naps' best efforts, I will be cycling this summer.

Not to be cruel, but it would be funny as fuck if your Naps order comes a day before your other order from another source.

I have had that happen to me before :p
