Hey Merry Xmas Everyone!

Ok heres the deal....I got a G.F Grill for xmas (SWEET) But i just lost the booklet...hehe i dropped it behind my stupid oven which cannot be moved.....So i was wondering if who ever has one, to look in the manual and tell me the times for cooking for the following

Boneless Chicken Breasts?

And the Steaks?

Or any other ones that would be good for bulking...Hehhe

OR!!! A site where it shows all the cooking times....Sorry i know this must be a pain in the ass, but i need to know the cooking times! LOL

So it would help me alot if you can give me the time and the heat setting for both of those....Please....Thank you!

Those things can be a bitch to clean. Whenever you use it, use cooking spray on it before putting the meat down. It helps make cleanup a bit easier.

Thanks for the tip man, I have noticed that they kind of suck to clean

Oh yeah, and clean as much of it as you can while the grill is still hot. When it cools down, gunk sticks to it like concrete. If the grill gets cold and shit sticks to it, just plug the thing back in for a couple minutes to warm it up.

:D

Isn't your Foreman Grill Teflon?? Right after you cook while the grill is hot, don't you put water on it followed by a wet rag? It should come off real easy....

You know, Ole George has done pretty good for himself.

I read an article online about that. Originally, he was supposed to get a cut from each unit sold. However, the manufacturer bought him out a couple years ago for something like $130 million.

Doesn't George have like 10 kids? No wonder he's got the grill.

football camp

once when i was at a football camp (a 4 day one out of town with food and board) we had a george foreman grill. the people supervising us were senior high school football players and the camp was for fresh/soph, so we basically got to do whatever we wanted. anyways, we grilled so many brots on that thing, all i can say if george foreman grills rock!

I got one for Christmas too, and it is a real bastard to clean. I posted on another board asking if anyone had cleaning tips and someone suggested using oven cleaner. I think I will try cooking spray to see how that works.

What I do is right after I cook on it, I take a hot rag (or even a paper towel), throw some water on it and wipe it quickly.

What are you guys cooking on it? I usually cook chicken, steak and hamburger on it and have no problems...
