Well me names neill, im 20 yrs old and from long island.
I was never really concerned about my weight or build because it was never an issue. I was always a solid 6'2 185 lbs and 5% body fat or less.
I was on the wrestling team, played baseball yr round since im 7 and i always ran.
Since highschool ive slipped, Im at 220, and somewhere prolly in the 18-20% body fat rang.e My Stomach, my butt, my love handles and my neck are really showing.
IM a surfer, so the only real exersise i get is my shoulders and some cardio. I guess my goal is to return to the state i was in. Athletic and have super loads of stamina and look good with my shirt off.
@ summers ago i tried this diet, where all i ate was sushi , eqq whites and turkey, Betwen that and surifng i dropped 36 lbs in 27 days.
What i want to change is a healthier diet, and to build mass. I was just cutting the weight, now i wanna turn the fat into a solid muscle, i miss the 6 pack more than anything. One thing i also wish to achieve is to finally develop some pecs. Ive always been flat form next to waist. FLat pecs, flat tummy.
So thats me, im gonan go browse now.
