Personnaly , I dont use gloves except for 1 thing . I do my shrugs behind a machine , what I do is I lift the machine and the grip is wide as hell . The gloves help me to hold on to it . But putting down people that use gloves is plain stupid .

If gloves help you lift , then great . I don't like em , but thats me . No need to bitch at people about it.

Oh ya , have you ever heard of Hugo girard ? He's a hell lot stronger than you , and he's actually a real nice guy . Maybe you could learn from him.

Ohh no. You have spandex covered fat gals in your gym too? I think they oughta beep when they back up, but that's just me. Most of them seem to avoid the free weights area though, so they don't bug me. Actually about the only thing that bugs me at the gym are the weird nude guys who hang out in the locker room all the time. I never go in there anymore, because I would eventually end up smacking one of them.

you mean bodybuilders like to show off??? how did you figure this out? must have been the long years of training and cutting youve been doing to get that massive powerlifting physique.

I could care less what people do at the gym. I've seen guys come in and bench with ties on and I've seen woman bring in their infants in car seats and set them next to them while they lift. Improper form, grunting, yelling, dropping DB's on the floor (the DB's are rubber and the floor has a rubber layer on it).... who cares. I'm there for me and could care less what other people wear or do.

i feel you man, i used to wear them as a newbie and i tohught i was cool back then, but now i dont like them, i dont have a good grip with them and they bother me, my hands have toughened up and i could never again work with gloves, the pain just gives me to much pleasure to wear gloves.......plus my hands are man made gloves of!!!...... I dont care if someone uses gloves at them gym tho, i have better things to do then to watch people around me......
